We conducted a consumer survey for Vancouver Native Housing Society (now BC Indigenous Housing) with the Haskayne Business School at the University of Calgary that revealed that the majority would accept mixed-use, mixed-income affordable housing developments in their neighbourhoods.

The majority are willing to accept a lower return than standard investments products in order to support a social housing social purpose initiative, such as affordable housing.
